Would they be permant tattoos, or just a henna costume design? If you are planning on having such an extensive tattoo, you'll probably be looking at spending anywhere between $500-$1000 to complete it, and probably several months (or even years) untill it's complete. That is unless you have that kind of money spare and can afford to get it done all at once (but not one tattoo session;D)
