Jedi's and Tattoos...

I'm curious, why do you hate tattoos? Do you actually have any yourself? Getting a tattoo is no more painful than grazing a knee or elbow, and for the vast majority of tattooed people, they do a lot more than just hurt when they get them, they are often used to remember freinds, relatives and children, or to alter an area of the body that someone is self-conscious about (say covering or distracting from an unwanted scar) I don't mean to sound rude or condescending, but how old are you? When I was 18 I said that I'd never get a tattoo, and I really meant it, but I changed my mind as I got older, and now I can't imagine myself without my tattoo, I have never regreted having it done, and I would never want it removed

For costume use, then yes, henna or airbrushing is perfect, but in the real world, people want a tattoo to be permanant, it's the reason for getting it in the first place.
