Well....after just shy of 40 years of working non stop....and under tremendous stress the last several years....
I finally got approved for a leave of absence from work for 6 weeks....starting Monday.....
I have not been doing as good as you Em....I have been sick for 3 weeks and pretty listless...I am sleeping way too much lately...I seem to be either at work...or sleeping....
I hope that this 6 weeks will "heal" me....
I plan to look for a new job
Tackle about a thousand jobs around the house
Purge the house of a great many things...
Work on my Stormtrooper armor..
Work on my prairie restoration project
and...
maybe lose some weight? I have lost some weight since I have been sick....but am still a weigh a wee bit more than I did at CIII.....at this age...I guess that ain't too bad....
The down side to the leave is that I will have no paycheck coming in...bummer....so spending money on going places is not an option.....I have signed up for a few costume events....and those will be my "bright spots"....
