Mostly. I like to work with the crinkle cotton gauze, so I made the shirt and skirt, and the pouch thing. I bought the bodice from a leather worker at Dragon Con 2 years ago.... and it's reversible--- that is the same bodice I'm wearing for the St Pauli Girl costume, it's just inside out!
I also made the Kill Bill pants.
