The insurance is going to completely take care of the carpet- new carpet/no charge!
The downside... we have to take everything out of the room ourselves.
Including the 42 inch TV, no less than two wall units, six foot couch, computer desk, all my collection of never ending stuff, on and on and on ...
It will be a nightmare- but at least we will have a brand new carpet. ;D
