Ki Vaan, I'm so sorry!
We had an expensive summer like that -- everything broke at once -- the A/C (remember I live in the SOUTH), the entire electrical panel on my car (which also took 2 weeks for the part), the washing machine, the garage door.... it got to be a sad/sick joke wondering about what would stop working that day.
I'll share our warped family joke for trying times like this: "it's good for character development". sigh...
Hang in there buddy! Praying for you for wisdom as you make decisions. And do get that sour carpet out of there ASAP....
