Hmmm...recent flicks I've seen are:
Spidey 3 - I enjoyed the first 2 more, but was still very entertaining.
Fantastic Four - Was ok, but I think I actually enjoyed the first one a bit more.
Transformers - Rocked! Much better than I expected. Animation was amazing!
Harry Potter - Also excellent. I think one of the best of the series. I definitely recommend reading the books to get the most out of the movies, though. Some things are difficult to understand without the complete back-story they provide in the books.
Hot Fuzz - Lots of fun if you're into this type of humor. I am
Bourne Ultimatum - DEFINITELY my favorite of the year so far. This movie was incredible. Smart, funny, exciting action, everything. Still a LOT different than the books, but very good movie.
Didn't care to see Simpsons, I figure it's pretty much like the TV show. Funny, but not at $9.00 to see it.
All-in-all a pretty good year for movies I like.
