Ummm, More like Christmas actually. Browse around the entire Holiday Special site or better yet, find a copy of the Holiday Special and watch it. Life Day is when Wookiees from all over the Galaxy come home to Kashyyyk to spend time with their loved ones and cherish being alive. They give presents (life day orbs) and stuff like that.
