Really, I'm not sure it'll be that rough to make Deathly Hallows PG-13. I mean, without spoiling anything, George Weasley's ailment in the beginning will be bloody, and a character burns to death offscreen later on....but the fire is seen, and he is seen being surrounded by the flames and terrified.l
However, the character who gets burned DID start the fire...heh....it'll teach the kiddies not to play with matches.
