Young children are always unsure of people in masks, especially strangers. Bill gets that a lot in his trooper armor (he's a member of Tyranus, and I guess I am, but lost weight and my costume doesn't fit), but doesn't bother him as hes a father. Our son when he was young (he's 29 now) freaked out with his best buddy, Carlos back in 1980 when Carlos had on his vader costume (and yes, we all made our costumes back then too) and could do the voice. I could tell you the funniest story about that.
Jade can't wait to meet you at Shevacon. My jedi costume, or the second one I did is purple suede. I think the only real canon on jedi and this is my opinion no matter is the Force. I catch too many inconsistencies in the films to say that is the only thing that makes a jedi.
And yeah, I'll bing my costumes this time, though with doing panels and selling and signing books, have to figure when.
