MON -The first 3 letter of my last name
JAS - originally it was JA the, the first 2 letters of my first name, the S name it flow better, if I had it to do over it would be JAZ - as I love jazz music, but I digress.
Charan a combination of my wife's and my middles name, Charles and Ann
