Oh, I'll be keeping the mail-in part as well. But by separating the mail-in and the online streaming, that just makes it easier for people to switch to another streaming service if they want it. Especially if they have two separate web pages for the two different queues. That really makes it very easy for people to leave, especially if other services have a bigger selection; that's just terrible business.
