There's nothing we can do about making the banner clickable to go back to the main website. However, the address is on the banner, on the header, and there's a post in Info and FAQ's titled Our Main Website and the link is in there. ;D
Great... it's back! And it's perfect. The main idea was for a visitor to easily get back to the main site. which he/she can now do.
It likely was an update that made it go away. I call them "sabotage patches"... every time we get them at work, something goes awry... we just never know where until we have a deadline or something.
You'd think Goldie was our astromech.


It seems to me that the best place for the Missions Photos thread would be a whole new third section under "TJA Events". Just call the section "Mission Photos" and let people start new threads for events, or maybe do one thread per year.
This thread could be moved there or kept here. If moved, maybe the name could be changed to "Archives" or something so it won't be confusing.
If a whole new section is created, I would suggest putting a "sticky" at the top with "How to Post Photos" with preferred photo sizes, some simple instructions mentioning photobucket, iphoto, etc. to help new people. (I had a terrible time posting pictures the first few times I tried...)
Then perhaps the best of these could be selected and posted in the gallery, or instructions could be in that sticky for "how to submit photos to the gallery".
I know all of these procedures have been discussed in the forums, but I never can remember where I saw them, so having them in one place in a distinctive "Mission Photos" area might be helpful to us all and especially new folks.
These are merely ideas, but bottom line.... I would like to see all of this neat stuff get more exposure. (Pun intended this time...
)
