If you don't mind my 2 cents. Those first set of Jedi boots from amazon. Extremely low quality. I originally had them for my mandalorian costume for the Mercs. They lasted 4 troops before the top vinyl layer started to come off and exposed the inner layer of the boot. I would suggest not buying them.
I cannot say anything about the second set of boots.

I have ther first set and have used them 3 or 4 times with no problems but if you walk a lot inthem I can see they might fall apart a bit.

Men's and women's sizes are are 1 1/2 apart in the US. For example, a women's size 10 will fit an 8 1/2 man. A men's size 8 will fit a 9 1/2 woman. Just avoid anything with pointy toes; those boots lead toward the Dark Side and pain.
