What about the prospect of clone-style armors? Obi-Wan Kenobi and Saesee Tinn both wore it at various times with the brown robe. Tinn also wore a pilot chest box and modified helmet, but the armor still has the same lines as the rest of the clones, though it is tan in color.

If your representing that character yes same with Obi-wan to keep it simple.Armor is not an easy costume. It's hot, sometimes uncomfortable, but a costume must look jedi

I think the most I would go with is arm armor and plates on the back of the hands with glove.
I did make some brown/beige camouflage tabbards. A camo cape would go well with them and arm armor, I think.

Right now we accept clone wars armor as a primary costume if you are re-creating the face character who wears it. But if you have a generic Jedi costume that has been accepted, you can make armor and wear it with. Your ensemble just has to meet the basic Jedi costume criteria before adding the armor. For example if you are not representing the face character of Saesee Tinn, but you make the tunics similar to his and they meet basic Jedi costume criteria, you may add the armor as you would add a robe, but not for your primary costume picture on the website. As with robes, armor is secondary.

If I may ask, since they are shown as being standard armors, what about the armors designed by Blur Studios for the use in the Star Wars The Old Republic Trailers? On other words, this armor

That is basic armor, so it would be accepted
