This would cost too much for just a joke, and I have other things to sew, but if I were to make a 'bathrobe Jedi', this is what I'd use for the tunic/tabbards/obi:
Solid Ivory Terry Cloth
(Description for when this link expires) Solid Ivory Terry Cloth Fabric, 9 1/2 oz. weight, 100% Cotton, 44"-45" Wide, Machine Washable
And the robe:
Chocolate Cotton Chenille
(Description for when this link expires) Heavyweight Luxury Solid Chocolate Brown Cotton Chenille Fabric, Suitable for Apparel, Robes, Bedspreads, and Crafts, A full 12 oz weight, 100% Cotton, 56" Wide, Machine Washable

There was a "Bathrobe Jedi" at CIII. It was well done with bunny slippers, toy lightsaber and all!! It's a cute idea.

Well, if they make them anywhere, I would put a bathrobe Jedi in Yoda slippers.

We had those at Penneys and saw them at Wal-Mart too. Unfortunately, I think they only came in kids sizes

Hahaha!! Those are so cute.
I noticed that they were listed in 'small' size. Too small for my 7 1/2 feet. But we are resourceful Jedi. It would be fairly simple to take the essential Yoda part off and put them onto some really fuzzy brown slippers. Or maybe make fuzzy brown boots attached to the slippers. With Yodas

exactly, we are pretty good at adjusting things with fabric right?

I'm about to make my husband a new bathrobe..... using my Jedi robe pattern. He had a robe many years ago made by Deva www.devalifewear.com/mm5/ It was long, brown, with a hood. At the time we called it a monk's robe. After 20 years it finally wore out and Deva no longer made that style. He asked me to make him one like it. I tested a new pattern for a Jedi robe by making him one in linen. That has now worn out after just a few years. The linen has literally shredded. So I now have some sturdy brushed cotton and will be making him a new Jedi bathrobe.
