As a Vader fan, i was wondering.... I just finished Darth Bane novel and On Korriban, Bane battle a sith apprentice named Sirak. Bane almost died and they put him into a Bacta tank to fix him. My question is, why Sidious ( Palpatine ) dont put Vader in a Bacta tank to help him recover. In the novel Rise of Lord Vader, VAder try to get better with the help of the force. Its sure, bacta cant bring back some missing limbs but still.... I know Sith use pain, anger and misery to gain power, but i think there is some limits LOL. By the way.... DArth Bane, Path of destruction.... awsome novel.

I think just to get more anger from Anakin/Vader. More pain, more suffering, more Sith.

I read a passage somewhere... can't recall exactly which novel it was where Vader was sitting in his chamber, sans armor, and there was Bacta being sprayed into the air. He was attempting to use the Force and inhale the healing spray and counting the number of seconds until he started to choke due to damage to his lungs. Needless to say, he failed in that and got angrier. So again, big loop back to more anger and darkside stuff.
And I agree with you on Path of Destruction - really great novel.
