I for one love the ORANGE blades they are my favorite and I will add the orange blade to my hilt when I construct it. To bad the saber won't be real.

Beware fellow Jedi..........the Sith site promotes orange and any of the red spectrum colors as Sithly. Pink and Orange for sure but not purple. Just FYI.......

Don't worry it is just a color. I will not turn to the DARK SIDE no matter what they do to me.

But I will remember your warning because even I know that the lure of the DARK SIDE is hard to resist.

Pink is Sith? I can't see a Sith as being very girly, even a female Sith. Maybe if a Sith went on Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, they might give him a pink blade, but I don't really see pink as a Sith colour. It's such a good-natured colour. I would think of Tahiri or some other teenage girl Jedi as having pink.

Well...........it is supposed to be a red sort of color but looks more pinkish purple.........the main jest of it though is that any of the red spectrums from a pinkish red to orange to a deep blood red are all versions of the Sith blades. Since their crystals are synthetic perhaps they have variations that cause the color to vary slightly. Since I am not a Sith I can only speculate on this..........

You know I really don't think it matters what color you have (FYI I heard that Leia has a Ruby Red lightsaber). Though if you have a Sith color a Jedi would probably think you are a Sith and that could end badly. I really think that it is all about how you use the FORCE.

If you're thinking of Jedi Academy, that's not Plo Koon. It is a Kel Dor species that you play going through the Academy

Yes, in Jedi Power Battles Plo Koon has a yellow/orange saber blade... and Adi Gallia has a reddish saber blade (i remember in the manual it says what colour it is, i can't remember what its called but its not red)
Due to this I don't believe that all colours in the red spectrum are Sith colours... after all they are manufactured and all of the Sith portrayed in movies/games/books etc have had the same colour red blade. Lucasarts/film don't let anything slip through that would be inconsistent with the series, right? That means that Adi's and Plo's blades in Jedi Power Battles would be acceptable?

Personally I have always believed it doesnt matter what color your lightsaber is as long as it isnt red. The luke Skywalker Action Figure from ANH had a yellow saber I think.
My lightsaber is personally Orange. Been that way my whole costuming career ::COUGH COUGH BREIF COUGH COUGH::
When I dress as Qui-Gon and rock that saber its his saber so its green, and its his hilt, not mine.
I feel like a multipul personalities at the moment.
I think its what ever floats your boat. After all a lightsaber is a piece of the Jedi's spirit. You must determin whats part of yours, mine is orange.

Just to clarify... this is from our TJA costuming requirements:
Lightsaber colors: When a saber is either rotoscoped for a costuming picture or recreated for a saber prop, a red saber can only be used in conjunction with a costume recreation of Mara Jade, Luke / Leia from the Dark Empire comics, and Adi Gallia. Furthermore, the saber colors that the Jedi Assembly will allow are blue, green, purple, yellow, silver or orange unless dressed as a specific character. If a member wishes to recreate a Jedi character from the Expanded Universe, that character’s saber’s color must also be recreated. This is so characters and their respective saber colors are recognizable.
