It looks good. It is significantly too long on the model, though. Most of us want our robes hemed at the heel line of our boots or just at ground level, but NOT draping on the ground as shown. I do not agree that the sleeves need to completely cover the hands. I make mine to about the 2nd knuckle. Over the hands makes it too hard to function. Pants weight twill is a good choice and will likely hang and move well. I would want to know whether it is 100% Cotton. Any significant percentage (At or 0ver 40%) polyester could make it feel too hot. The price of $75 is good.
So, overall, I like.

looks nice, but I think the hood on Jedi robes are attached differently.....the pic seems to show it hanging like a cowl over the shoulders. I'm not sure if the movie robes are that way.

Yes, they do, actually. It's just so huge that it drapes over the shoulders and onto the upper chest.

The robe in the picture looks fine. If they're made of wool, they should look right. Yes, the hoods on Jedi robes are just huge. You can really see it when you see how far Qui-Gon's hangs down his back.
Ask the seller what the washing instructions are. If the fabric was not pre-washed before the robe was made then you'll have to have it dry-cleaned.

Its a nice looking robe that certainly looks good. However its not strictly accurate on some of the construction details but it depends on how obsessed with accuracy you are.

It's good enough for us. We don't quibble about sleeve seams (it has sleeve seams, which aren't screen accurate for certain Jedi robes: Qui-Gon, Mace Ep II, etc).

When in doubt, request a fabric sample. I ordered samples from several robe vendors, including Speedy Stitches. I myself was not impressed with the robe fabric. I finally ordered from www.mystikmerchant.com/ instead. But I suggest you order a sample from each, and choose the one you like best.

I really like this image in particular... very close to what the hoods looked like in the films.

Yep, that's what the hoods look like in the films. Very large and very impractical.
