In AOTC it's Qui-Gon saying the "Anakin, Anakin" but yeah the "Noooo" was probably digitally produced. Sounds a little fake and stretched out.

Actually it sounds more like
"Anakin... Nwaaaaaaaarghihaveabadfeelingaboutthisaaaaaaagh"
;D
Doesn't Bail yell NOOOOOO when the brave youngling gets gunned down?
Also, and I know I won't be the only person who thinks this... isn't this scene just a bit rubbish?
Not nitpicking at all but Vader's first movements and screaming are actually comical, so awkward and buffoonish. I understand it was a new body and Lucas was going for Frankenstein but surely it would have been better for him to give way altogether and fall to the floor on his hateful, cold new robotic knees and let out a mechanical howl that would echo through the galaxy? Something to rival Pacino at the end of Godfather III. A man who has had the only good thing in his life ripped from him and knowing it's his own fault. The scenes are very similar. it is the final breaking of a good man's soul.
As opposed to "NOOOOO (I missed the last bus home and now I have to walk!) ".
But then again, what do I know?

Eh what can we say. GL sometimes doensn't realize the line between dramatic and comical. But I didn't laugh, it's kinda something yuo'd expect, considering he has a whole new friggin body.
As for the scream in AOTC, I think that they couldn't get Liam Neeson in again to record that NOOOOO, so they simply got someone else to do it, that's why it sounds different.

I think his garbled scream is meant to sound confined. Just as his body is confined to the suit, his scream is also trapped.

Liam Neeson .... Qui-Gon Jinn (voice) (uncredited) (archive footage)
