i was just reading the scrpits for ep 3 and i discovered something really cool im assuming it will be on the dvd as extra scenes
On the isolated asteroid of Polis Massa, YODA meditates.
YODA: Failed to stop the Sith Lord, I have. Still much to learn, there is ...
QUI -GON: (V.O.) Patience. You will have time. I did not. When I became one with the Force I made a great discovery. With my training, you will be able to merge with the Force at will. Your physical self will fade away, but you will still retain your consciousness. You will become more powerful than any Sith.
YODA: Eternal consciousness.
QUI-GON: (V.O.) The ability to defy oblivion can be achieved, but only for oneself. It was accomplished by a Shaman of the Whills. It is a state acquired through compassion, not greed.
YODA: . . . to become one with the Force, and influence still have . . . A power greater than all, it is.
QUI-GON: (V.O.) You will learn to let go of everything. No attachment, no thought of self. No physical self.
YODA: A great Jedi Master, you have become, Qui-Gon Jinn. Your apprentice I gratefully become.
YODA thinks about this for a minute, then BAIL ORGANA enters the room and breaks his meditation.
BAIL ORGANA: Excuse me, Master Yoda. Obi-Wan Kenobi has made contact.

Now that would have made a lot more sense if it was in the movie. LOL. I hope you're right and it makes it into the DVD as a deleted scene.

Oh, there is sooo much that's in the screenplay (and the novelization, since it was written from the screenplay) - so many one-liners & scenes that would have ROCKED in the film. I can see cutting it down to 2:20 - but I, for one, would gladly have sat in the theater for 4 hours just to see it all

A local theatre here is talking about showing them all at once, back to back. It's nice - comfy reclining seats, stadium seating, and the sound - they have a 600-gallon subwoofer & 67 surround sound speakers in their main auditoriums. So yeah, I'm taking off work that day!

Aayla, How'd you get the pirated copy from someone at Lucasarts? Was this a computer download? I heard there was something about someone who worked at Lucasarts who leaked the copy. I bet George is pissed. When he finds out who did it, they're gonna be sorry.

Well I hope your friend does not get into trouble. I heard about this on the news here in the States that the bootlegged copies (ones from Lucas Arts or your friend) have numbers in the upper corner for the time elapsed.

i disagree with bootlegging but people are entitled to their own freedoms. people will make unwise or disrespectful choices sometimes(not directed towards anyone in particular cuz we all do)
